Pick-up Point
Embarkation points are available in most locations around the lake. If you do not find your preferred one, you can indicate your desired pick-up point in the comments. Upon request, pick-up directly from hotels with a private dock is also available.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation by the client within 48 hours before the start of the activity, the following conditions apply: if full payment has been made, 30% of the total amount will be retained and the remaining balance refunded; if a deposit has been paid, the amount paid will be fully retained. The same policy applies in case of no-show.
In the event of bad weather or cancellation by Vivere Lake Como, clients will be promptly informed and may choose between a full refund or rescheduling the experience. Vivere Lake Como declines any responsibility for additional costs incurred by clients due to cancellation, such as transportation or accommodation expenses.
